Sharp's 11" Stainless, Hunting Knife, SHP-008: This new model has the cross corrected, upright when the blade is down. The old stock style was inverted in the sheath. Sharp's Cross Bowie is a viable alternative to the American Classic, Buck 119. Similar in size and blade length, with a little flair and a gator tooth top. The blade guard is solid, thick stainless steel. A man sized hunting knife with heavy Western Bowie influence. Blade 6.25" 420 stainless steel, clip point, satin finish. Handle black wood with stainless inlays and pins, just a little double brass banding in the grooves on the stout bolster support, at the front of the handle, providing a little extra grip when it gets wet. Great for cooking prep, processing, skinning, and all-around big knife work. The 420 steel sharpens up razor sharp. A sharpening steel or a ceramic stick would keep that edge tuned between sharpening. The perfect table or kitchen accessory at the lake cabin It's actually a really nice looking knife out in the real world. Slice sandwiches and wraps on the patio with rugged outdoors style. I have Buck 119's, but they're currently selling for $75.00, So I am just as likely, going to take the less expensive knife to the woods in real life, but this knife looks really good. Kept clean and in a case, or as an inside knife, it's going to look good for a Very long time. Seller accepts no responsibility for buyers with legal restrictions, or in restricted areas.
